Returns + Exchanges
Did something not work? No worries! Contact me within 14 days of your delivery date and let me know what the problem is:
For custom sizing orders: When placing a custom order, you are responsible for taking the precise measurements, to the best of your ability. Due to the nature of custom orders, returns are not accepted, but you may exchange your order. Contact me as soon as possible to process the exchange.
For standard sizing orders: Returns must be voiced within 14 days of the delivery date. After that, and up to three weeks of delivery date, you may exchange your item. Be honest and respectful when returning an item: Item must be unworn, and be free of tears, stains and other significant markings.
